Jill Yoga offers FREE SHIPPING across Canada on all orders over $75.00. Orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive in 3 to 7 business days once order has been processed. All orders under $75.00 will be charged a flat shipping rate of $10.00. Please allow up to 14 business days for orders shipped to remote locations. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing.

All Jill Yoga customers will be provided a tracking number once there order has been processed and shipped.

Jill Yoga will accept orders being shipped to a Canada PO Box but please be aware that these orders will be shipped via Canada Post and will not be provided a tracking number.

RETURNS 

We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that a return is required Jill Yoga will accept returns within 30 days of a customer's purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition as received with all original packaging.

To make a return please contact us at  customerservice@jillyoga.com  indicate a return request and the reason for your return. Please enclose the original invoice as received along with the return item or items. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
