We want you to be happy with your purchase! In the event that a return is required Jill Yoga will accept returns within 30 days of a customer's purchase. Your item must be unused and in its original condition as received with all original packaging.

To make a return please contact us at  customerservice@jillyoga.com  indicate a return request and the reason for your return. Please enclose the original invoice as received along with the return item or items. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Jill Yoga will be pleased to accept any exchanges within 30 days of the customers purchase.

To make an exchange please contact us at customerservice@jillyoga.com. Please indicate that this is an exchange, your original order number, what you would like to exchange and the item you would like to exchange it for.
